Eoin is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Before moving into practice Eoin has lots of industry experience working at finance director level across a range of industries from SME's to FTSE100 businesses. Eoin is a Xero Certified Advisor and also a contributor to the Sage Advice Blog
Eoin has lots of experience working with start-ups and growth-stage businesses sitting on management teams and being involved with finance and organisation strategy. He has lots of experience helping businesses raise funds and has also worked on the sale of numerous mid-sized businesses through private sales and public listings.
Susan is a Chartered Accountant and also a chartered tax specialist. Susan trained in audit with Grant Thornton where she gained exposure to a wealth of SME and larger corporate clients. Susan has worked in key management roles with some of the top global brands where she was part of the central accounts teams. She was a finance manager with several major global brands.
In addition to this Susan has trained to become a Chartered Tax Consultant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants and specialises in providing tax advice to sole traders and limited companies. Susan also has lots of experience dealing with revenue commissioners and revenue audits.
Gavin trained as a chartered accountant in audit with Baker Tilly. Since qualifying as a chartered accountant he has also gained a qualification as a chartered tax advisor. Gavin has many years of experience working with and advising technology businesses in reporting, financial control and restructuring roles.
Working with Intel Gavin was involved in a global support function restructure. This involved looking at optimal global tax structures and then being involved in a global restructuring shutting down and consolidating support functions in new support centres.
Since then Gavin has been providing tax advice to corporate businesses.
